What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Will I receive a printed invoice?
We’re always looking at ways we can reduce our impact on the environment, so we’ve gone paperless!
Rather than including a printed invoice in your parcel, you’ll find a link to your invoice in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. We estimate this will save approximately five average size pine trees every year!

Can I make changes to a submitted order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order or combine orders once submitted.

How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have completed payment on our website and it has been cleared you will receive an email advising that your order has been successfully received.
