Processing & Dispatch Times
Processing orders quickly is important to us, and something we’re well known for. Mostly I'm able to dispatch all orders placed on the next day or two.However during major sale events or new collection launches, please allow up to 7 working days to receive your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact us via goldenqueenjewellerystore@gmail.com and I'll be able to assist further.

Deliveries are sent during business hours - Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

FREE shipping for all orders over $90

$5 flat rate shipping for all other orders under $90

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.

Orders Returned to Sender
If your parcel happens to return due to failure to collect from a drop-off location or due to an incorrect address on the order, you will be notified to pay a re-shipping fee if you would still like your order re-sent to you. Should you not want the order re-sent, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We try to offer competitive shipping rates, which is quite costly for us, so we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to re-ship orders at our expense. Standard shipping fees apply: $8.95 AUD for shipping within Australia
Customs & Duty Fees
If you are ordering from outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any customs/duties charges in your own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
