There are moments in business that feel like pure magic...

Last year, something extraordinary happened that I'm still smiling about.  Melanie Woods, the incredible designer behind every piece in our Golden Queen collection, received a call that would change everything.

MasterChef Australia wanted her jewellery! 

The Call That Started It All

Picture this: Melanie, living her creative life in the Northern Rivers just like me, gets contacted by the MasterChef production team. They'd discovered her work and wanted to feature her pieces on the show. Without hesitation, she said yes and sent forty different designs to the styling team.

What happened next still gives me chills...

Poh and Sofia: Our Jewellery's Television Debut

Episode after episode, there they were. Poh and Sofia, two of Australia's most beloved culinary personalities, wearing Melanie's creations. Our Freers earrings catching the studio lights. The elegant Sigrid pieces moving gracefully as they judged dishes. Nora, Shakuna, and Rocio - each style becoming part of MasterChef's visual story.

And then came 2025, and they asked again.

The production team reached out for this season too, wanting more of Melanie's designs. Because when something works, when something feels right, you don't let it go.

But here's the moment that really captures why this matters so much. Poh herself said:

"Whenever I have compliments on the jewellery I'm wearing, its always Melanie Woods. They are so light and comfortable to wear!"
